Tramp Art crucifix from the early 20th century, most likely around the 1920's. In good condition, no missing parts or damage.

Tramp Art is an art form known for carving and stacking pieces of wood from cigar boxes or shipping crates to make all kinds of objects like boxes, pictures frames or in this case a crucifix. It was very popular in the late 19th and early 20th century mainly because it was available to everybody, rich or poor. All you needed was some cigar boxes, a pen knife and some inspiration and imagination.
