All shipping is done by traceable package unless requested otherwise by the buyer. If you would prefer another method of shipping than the service we provide please contact us and we will look into it to see if this is possible. Standard we use the Belgian postal service Bpost to ship all our packages.

Packages will be sent 1 - 3 days after receiving payment unless communicated otherwise. In case of vacation, illness or other absence it is possible it takes longer for us to ship your order. We will try to inform you if this is the case.

We will provide you with a tracking code for your package. Delivery time depends on the delivery service and the country you are in. We have no influence over the delivery time.

As buyer you must inform yourself about the legislation in your country and if it is legal to import bought items in the country of destination.
