German Reserve officers visor cap M1867

A beatiful Reserve officers visor cap M1867, typical for this model is the very small brim. Excellent condition without any moth holes or damage. The liner inside does show some minor damage but this can be expected from a piece with this age. The Reserve kokarde is the Prussian pre 1867 model, and a Reich kokarde is also present. Although normally there should not be a Reich kokarde on this visor we decided to leave it in place since this is how the cap came into our hands. This was a private purchase by an officer made by Franz Müller from Strassburg. Hard to find a piece this old in this good condition!
